Supply Chain & Procurement Data Consulting · Seattle, WA
Turn fragmented procurement data into the visibility your team needs to make better decisions.
The gap
I've heard this a million times and I don't find it to be true. The challenge isn't bad data. It's getting access to the right data. The fields procurement needs are usually sitting in the ERP, just never extracted:
Without them, procurement stays reactive and can't find savings or see risk coming. That's when companies go shopping for a platform to fix it.
About Me
With 16 years across strategic sourcing and analytics, I've sat on the procurement side of the table, negotiating and managing large portfolios, then built the analytics that make those decisions sharper. Now I bring that experience directly to small and mid-size manufacturers. A few highlights:
An alternative
Procurement teams don't all work the same way. Your data, processes, categories, suppliers, and decisions are unique.
Instead of selling you a software product and asking your team to adapt to it, I work with you to understand the problem, connect the right data, and build a solution around how your team actually works.
A software platform with capabilities you may or may not need. Your processes adapt to the product.
Managed within a separate software environment and dependent on the platform you purchased.
A new platform to learn, license, support, and administer.
Custom analytics and data solutions built around your business, your decisions, and your requirements.
Your data stays in your environment. Your models, logic, and dashboards are yours to use and modify.
Built on the tools your organization already uses, reducing the need for another platform to manage.
Services
The full foundation has four phases, each feeding the next. Where you jump in depends on where you are today, and it's a conversation, not a fixed package.
Start at the BI Check, review your data, and build the full Spend Visibility foundation from the ground up, plus any advanced tools you want.
Longer engagementWe review what you have and build on it. If data is missing, I'll guide exactly what's needed to make it solid.
Medium engagementStart at Advanced. I check your semantic model and reports, then build what if modeling, quality data, or pricing tied to market indexes on top.

Work

An interactive model that pinpoints where category risk sits (tariff exposure, single source concentration, and price erosion) and turns each one into a ranked action with a named owner instead of another chart to interpret.

Pinpoints where inventory capital is tied up and flags stale stock, using ABC/Pareto analysis to prioritize actions at the SKU level.

An interactive tool to model changes in fuel prices and see the impact on transportation spend instantly. Proactive budgeting, not reactive.
View live dashboard →Insights
More than twelve federal tariff actions in twelve months, and about 30 days from signature to effective date. What changed, which categories are carrying it, and the data it takes to see your own exposure.

Read →Your savings report shows the price you negotiated, not the quality and delivery costs that follow. How analytics can make all three visible.
